Wain founded PlanJunto in 2013, and has led the organization through its pilot and product validation phase, overseeing strategic development, human and financial resources, and stakeholder engagement. Celia Salazar, Field Operations Manager
Contacto: [email protected] Celia is an Anthropologist with a specialisation in Intercultural studies and Development obtained in the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and has extensive experience with indigenous groups in Bolivia and Ecuador. Celia left the UNDP to join PlanJunto in 2015, to become a full time Programme Associate. Celia has excelled, demonstrating strong analytical and stakeholder engagement abilities, empathy, and practical rigor executing complex field activities. She was promoted to Field Operations Manager in 2016, and currently manages much of PlanJunto’s current fieldwork, including stakeholder relations, and overseeing planning, executing and reporting on field results. David Elliott, Strategic Advisor and Specialist in Community Forest Management / PlanJunto Mentorship program developer
David has a B.A. International Relations, Johns Hopkins, and masters from U. Florida, in Forestry. David’s role in PlanJunto has expanded over the last year, and is now a key member in the architecture of the PlanJunto incubator. He has extensive experience working in rural development and social justice in the forests of Ecuador and Bolivia. David is also the co-founder of the bean-to-bar chocolate company "Madre Chocolate" in Honolulu, Hawaii. David Clark – Strategic advisor / PlanJunto US based market and investor outreach
David is a specialist in management, systems, knowledge management and operational design. David is currently developing the PlanJunto financial sustainability plan, and will have an important role to play in building the PlanJunto market and investor outreach network in the US. David is an entrepreneur by spirit, and has co-founded an independent coffee management company, designed an entrepreneurship program in which he has also taught, worked with the Runa Foundation in the Ecuadorian Amazon, helped launch a social reality television series, been the National Sales Director for Runa, and currently is sales director for REBBL. una. |
Shannah Metz, Management and organization strategic advisor
Shannah has nearly 15 years in international, cross-cultural social impact work, with a demonstrated track record in seeding strong organizational culture, building and leading global teams, designing learning and development strategies, launching and managing international operations, and executing experiences from start to finish. Shannah is a key part of the PlanJunto advisory team, and has a Masters in Environmental Anthropology from Stanford. B.A. & M.A. Antropología Ambiental de la Universidad de Stanford. |
